The science is clear. You can radically increase the chances of living longer (and better). We’ve designed a program that’ll arm you with the lifestyle, fitness and nutritional changes necessary to statistically outlive 90% of your peers.
Our program starts with a detailed discussion about your current health, lifestyle, and goals for the last decade of your life. This allows our longevity experts to begin creating your bespoke, YLD blueprint.
You’ll be scheduled in for a series of tests including a DEXA scan, pin-prick blood
panel, and a VO2 Max test. All to measure your main biomarkers for all-cause mortality.
Armed with the results of your clinical tests, you’ll have an hour’s discussion with our on-team Senior Doctor who’ll explain how statistically healthy you are, and where you stand against people of the same sex & age.
Our on-team nutritionist will then examine your nutritional deficiencies and propose tailored dietary & supplementation changes to boost your mood, appearance and potential lifespan.
Lifestyle plays a huge role in longevity so book in a comprehensive audit of your life setup. Together we craft changes in your life to significantly reduce stress-caused illness & disease.
We put together a series of tailored exercises for you to rapidly improve scores such as VO2 max, which are strong predictors of how long you’re going to live.
In our initial discussion, we ask you for 10 activities you’ll want to be able to do in your old age. We then develop specific exercises to make sure you won’t lose the ability to do them as you age.
We book you in for another series of tests so we can assess the progress of the YLD program on your longevity outlook. We aim to significantly improve the metrics that correlate with all-cause mortality.
